Contemporary artist, Hilli matriculated from Menlo Park High School, Pretoria, in 1973 and received a diploma majoring in fine art and sculpture from Tshwane University of Technology in 1977.
For the next 18 years after completing her studies she lectured art at Pretoris Technicon, University of Pretoria, Technical College Pretoria and two private art schools. This led her to her next endeavor, where Hilli started an interior design company that has created commissioned paintings, and wall murals for over a decade. Her versatility reflects in her abstract art oils, wall murals and refurbished antique furnishings for corporate and individual clients.
